How can I pay for items I buy in your store?
There is a few ways you can pay. The fastest of course is thru paypal. (We now accept credit cards thru paypal, actual cash funds already in your paypal account, backup funds from a bank account connected to your paypal, or even an echeck. Echecks thru paypal work just like a check. Once the echeck clears and we're notified the funds are available, your item will be shipped).
We've taken money orders off because noone uses them anymore, people have tried to send fake ones, and it's a hassle.
Don't have paypal? No problem, We can send you an invoice and you can pay with your credit card but the address the package is being shipped to must match the address of the credit cards billing address. Payment is still processed thru paypal and we will not have access to your financial information and your data is secure thru them!
We only accept paypal within 5 days.

When will my order ship?
Please read this section carefully so as not to cause any confusion about delivery times.
Most orders can be sent out 2-3 tims per week, and we will notify you when your item has been shipped and email you tracking numbers/custom numbers after it has been shipped. We ship on time unless there are unforseeable events like bad roads, snowed in, illness, etc. We can ship out sooner on a case by case basis if something is required as a gift or needed sooner, or for a special occassion, but please let us know ahead of time when you place your order.
Estimated shipping/delivery times are when the post office says to expect their delivery, NOT from the time you pay us. So if you send payment and expect the item to be delivered in 3 days, your order may be delayed. We also do not ship out on weekends, as our post office closes early on Saturdays. We process orders as they come in but that does not mean your order has been processed yet.
We have many projects, rasing kids, taking care of animals, spending time together as a family, but will work diligently to get your order out as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders or refund payment once it has been made. We are charged fees for all payments, so please make sure you read each section or ask questions about our policies or if you do not understand something, we'll be glad to explain further.

How will my items be shipped?
All items are usually shipped USPS priority mail, parcel post or first class if that option is available when you check out. But if something is very heavy and USPS is too expensive, we would be willing to ship thru a UPS store, which are most often cheaper for heavier packages.
Also, please pay attention to each listing as certain items can only be shipped a certain way due to their shape (example-lightsabers require two priority boxes fitted together so they cannot be shipped parcel post or first class and too light to be sent thru the ups store).

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! But we do not ship worldwide due to the evergrowing scams taking place and chances for damages, theft, loss in transit, and fake forms of payments being sent, etc.
We recently received a money order from another country and it was not a U.S. International money order and our bank cannot cash it. It would have to be sent back to the country of origin, the funds would have to be converted, a fee charged, then it would be sent back to our bank for an unknown fee. We just had this happen in Oct of 2010 after we explicitly told the buyer from Japan to send a U.S. International money order only, many times. They sent a Japan money order noone can verify is real and sent it weeks after they said it was sent. We no longer ship accept money orders now.
Here is a general list of where we have shipped previously without any trouble. If you are not on the list and would like us to consider you on a case by case basis, please let us know.
If you are from anywhere else, we may consider it but please emails us because you will not be able to bid if your country is not included in the list.
Insurance is required for all International orders, if insurance is available, no exceptions! If insurance cannot be purchased, we will not be held responsible for damages, or lost items.

Why won't my credit card work with paypal?
Good question. Please keep reading, there is a way we may be able to help.
It may be because you have never used it before with paypal before, you may contact them to solve that issue, or you may not have enough funds available to process the total order. It could also be because your address doesn't match the credit card billing address. For other possible causes, please contact paypal customer service. They can help you quickly and you can still get your order done and use your card with us.
If that doesn't work, we can try to help you process the order by a couple different methods.
If you have this problem, and are trying to place an order please let us know and we'll see what we can do to help.
We can also send you an invoice that has an area where you can fill in to pay with your credit card and it will go thru paypal, so we do not have your finanacial information, and thru them it is secure!
Why do you need my phone number?
Would you want to give your money to someone you can't reach by phone? But honestly, it's because we may need if we have a problem, but we do not leave messages describing the order in case something you buy may hear that message.
We have to have a phone number to contact you though. If you are placing an order with us, there should be no reason not to include a contact number.
We've had orders come in with fake or incomplete phone numbers before. If we cannot contact you thru email for whatever reason (it goes to your junk mail and you never see it, you've been too busy and don't check it often, etc), your order can be put on hold or cancelled. We have to be able to make contact with the buyer. Sometimes we have questions about an address, payment, we need more time to process the order, etc. IF we cannot contact you and find that your phone number is false or incorrect or it only rings and has no voicemail, or you don't get back to us and we have not already received payment, we may cancel the order. We have had buyers promise to send money orders, which we no longer accept now, don't respond to emails, or don't answer their phone numbers or have no voice mail set up. We simply do not have the time to keep trying to make contact with one person that we feel has no intention of following thru. We have had this happen several times, and that time should go to our loyal customers who do pay on time.
